PageTiger is recruiting a Software Product Trainer
Richmond, Surrey
You'll be coaching, training and developing our users, enabling them to use our cloud-based software to its full potential.
And while this role reports directly to our CEO, you'll be liaising with new business sales, business development and customer success to onboard new customers whilst inspiring and educating existing users to get more from our platform.
You'll be tasked with developing our strategy for educating users and will be expected to deliver training methods to suit business needs.
You'll have a keen interest in our technology, be able to hit the ground running and be happy to travel to service international clients.
Hundreds of organisations, including many of the world’s biggest brands, use our software to create interactive documents.

It’s a cool, simple and extremely effective for HR teams to engage with employees.
And in 2020 we’re adding tools to engage with customers, suppliers and shareholders to provide solutions for sales, purchasing and finance teams.

Inspiring, educating and exciting PageTiger users and prospects, as a TigerTrainer you’ll be delivering classroom sessions and consultancy while developing learning programmes to ensure awareness and understanding of PageTiger features.
You’ll have a keen interest in our technology
You’ll have the skills to listen and understand our customers’ needs
You’ll have the ability to demonstrate how PageTiger can be used to meet those needs
And the creative eye to make an interactive document in front of the customers’ eyes
