From day one, all new joiners should have their accounts and system access set up, as we
job. The next two pages provide an overview of the processes and actions you need to tak
Request equipment and systems access.
Request a mobile phone. Mobile phones are requested through iProcurement, which can b
found in Oracle. If you cannot access iProcurement, please contact the IT Service Desk.
What you need to do as a line manager to set up your new joiner'
If your new joiner will work remotely
Request a new desk phone via the install phone link.
Onboarding will email the line manager on start date to request confirmation of the
arrival of their new joiner.
Collect security pass and printing token from reception on day one.
If necessary, make a request to activate their mobile phone through Service Catalogue.
Please make sure your new joiner updates their personal details in PeopleExpress for Emp
particularly bank details, personal contact details and emergency contact details. If their O
account is not updated by the end of the first week, it will impact their salary payment.
