Your new joiner's induction
The importance of an induction for new joiners
When a new joiner starts their career with Experian, it's really important for them
to have a structured induction programme. It helps a new joiner settle into their
role, has a positive impact on their engagement with their team and business, and
ultimately sets the stage for the rest of their work lifecycle.
It's the point at which they are introduced to their new role, our company policies
and procedures, resources, performance expectations and workplace culture.
Throughout the selection and hiring stage of recruitment, candidates get a
glimpse of the inner workings of our organisation and get their first impressions
of Experian. And when they join us we want to build on those initial positive
impressions by providing them with a great induction experience.
Experian's approach to induction
Our approach to induction includes the World of Experian, Business Area and Job
Specific elements. As a manager, you need to concentrate on incorporating the
Business Area and Job Specific elements into the Induction Programme.
