Have you carried out an Audit?
• The completed audit request form must be submitted to
the Audit Department irrespective of the level of facilitation
being requested of the Department.
• The Audit Team will maintain a register of all audit projects
undertaken in the Trust.
• On completion of the audit, the Audit Team must receive a
copy of the final report.
• The findings of completed audits should be presented at
directorate audit meetings where recommendations and
action plans should be discussed.
