"The Covid-19 pandemic caught us all by surprise and forced
countries all over the world to take unprecedented measures
affecting significantly many areas of our daily lives, including
our professional life. In particular, measures such as social
distancing, working from home and confinement were new to
most of us yet abruptly made mandatory for an undefined
duration in order to fight the virus.
Managers and employees were mostly unprepared to deal
with an sudden change of that magnitude that impacted our
lives in many ways ranging from anxiety, increased
uncertainty about the future, feelings of isolation to fatigue.
On the other hand, it also created opportunities such as
testing on a wide scale working from home or learning to
empower and delegate more.
In order to help managers and employees cope with this
situation HR & L&D partnered to develop a ½ day workshop
aimed at helping them understanding this new context and
giving practical guidance to address successfully this new way
of working. "
