During the past months, a joint focus of HR and L&D teams in
Hungary have been facilitating Engagement workshops and
building a site level Action plan to support CooperVision's
business objectives by increasing the wellbeing and performance
of our employees.
So far, 25 of these workshops have been facilitated with great
feedback across the business. The experiential, coaching style has
enabled each team to commit to actions that are meaningful to
them. Key to this has been ensuring we deliver the right solution
to each unique team both online and offline, as the teams prefer
and as our circumstances allow.
