In October, we'll be launching our new Inclusion Awareness e-Learning. We
know that a key part of our future growth and vision as OneCooper is a
continued focus on Inclusion and Diversity. To help us maximise the potential
of the unique ideas and perspectives from all our colleagues in CooperVision,
we want to start by taking the time to create a consistent understanding
throughout our teams of what inclusion is. This will enable us to be clear on
the important part each and every one of us plays in making CooperVision an
inclusive place to work. Our Inclusion Awareness module is a short 30
minute e-Learning, which will:

In order to turn this learning into action, we'll also be
asking managers and leaders across the business to bring their teams
together to talk, and to put in place actions to support the team to become
more inclusive. We have created a short guide to enable a consistent
approach to these conversations which we will be sharing soon.
