Rent Achieved in April skyrocketed to the highest we've seen it in more
than three years. Back in November 2021, Rent Achieved was record
breaking when it hit £520 per week. The average price surpassed that in
April, reaching £524 per week. This year so far, Rent Achieved has been
higher every month year-on-year. The 3% increase from March to April
pushed the average price for the year up to £497, which is £89 per week
higher than the same period last year.
The largest increase in Rent Achieved was in Central London, where the
average price rose 33% from the same period last year, attaining £592 per
week.
