Richmond September What's On 3
Welcome to VisitRichmond's September edition of the
What's On Brochure which showcases all the wonderful
arts, music, theatre, culture, history and heritage that
Richmond upon Thames has to offer to encourage us all
to #visitlocal and discover what is on your doorstep. This
is just a snap-shot of what is on offer and please visit
visitrichmond.co.uk for a more comprehensive list of
events.
This month we have a variety of events to enjoy from the
annual Strawberry Hill House Flower Festival 2024, the
annual free RichmondLive Festival: Music and Dance
at Marble Hill House which is a celebration of music
and dance in Richmond upon Thames. Don't miss Your
Community Centre Week an opportunity to learn more
about ten independent centres in the borough and of
course the largest river race in Europe, The Great River Race
will be taking place on 21 September.
#ShopLocal and support the weekly farmer's markets to
purchase locally grown produce. Do not forget to get your
free RichmondCard at www.richmond.gov.uk/richmondcard
and have access to a variety of local business offers
and discounts. Please do visit our Richmond Station
Information Kiosk which is open daily 10am-3pm where
you can meet one of the volunteers who take pride in their
in-depth knowledge of Richmond upon Thames, but also
have a genuine interest in the history of the area. Collect
your free VisitRichmond Guide, local maps to find out more
about what is happening in the borough.
