Welcome to VisitRichmond's September edition of the
What's On Brochure which showcases all the wonderful arts,
music, theatre, culture, history and heritage that Richmond
upon Thames has to offer to encourage us all to #visitlocal and
discover what is on your doorstep. This is just a snap-shot of
what is on offer and please visit visitrichmond.co.uk for a more
comprehensive list of events.
This month we have a variety of wonderful events taking place.
We thought that we would highlight a few.
Centre Stage taking place 13 September 2025. The free event
will transform George Street and Whittaker Avenue with live
performances, dance workshops, roaming theatre, street food,
communal dining and hands-on art activities - offering something
for everyone.
12-13 September Strawberry Hill House Flower Festival 2025 - The
Faery Tale Castle Strawberry Hill House, 9am-5pm The UK's most
sustainable flower festival returns this September, transforming
Strawberry Hill House & Garden into a faery-tale realm where
imagination runs wild.
27 September Women's Rugby World Cup 2025 - Bronze Final and
Final Allianz Stadium, Twickenham Bronze Final Kick-off 12:30
Final Kick-off 16:00 The Women's Rugby World Cup 2025 will come
to its final conclusion at the Home of England Rugby, with both
the Bronze Final and Final on Saturday 27 September.
#ShopLocal and support the weekly farmer's markets to
purchase locally grown produce. Do not forget to get your free
RichmondCard at www.richmond.gov.uk/richmondcard and have
access to a variety of local business offers and discounts. Please
do visit our Richmond Station Information Kiosk which is open
daily 10am-3pm where you can meet one of the volunteers who
take pride in their in-depth knowledge of Richmond upon Thames,
but also have a genuine interest in the history of the area. Collect
