Publication Settings: Overview
Publication settings allow you to manage lists of expected visitors, notifications along with settings that are applied at publication level and apply to all the issues within the publication.
So if you’re creating a publication and want to restrict who can see content, then you choose the relevant security rule and that will apply to all issues within the publication.
Publication settings can be changed at any time, even after issues have been published and distributed.
