THE LONDON LETTINGS REPORT QUARTERLY
Supply / rents annual change
The supply of properties listed to rent was boosted twice in the first half of
the year, firstly in March as a number of shorter term lets were transferred
into longer term lettings and again in June as a result of the market reopening
in May. As such, the availability of properties has increased and, by June,
there were 15% more properties available to rent compared to a year earlier.
