THE LONDON LETTINGS REPORT QUARTERLY
Rental values
Average rental values for the first half of the year were higher in Zone 2,
but just slightly below that of the first half of 2019 in other London zones.
The monthly analysis shows average rents in May and June decreased
slightly further; a reflection of rental adjustments agreed between many
tenants and landlords in London as a result of the COVID-19 lockdown.
