YOUR FINANCIAL PROTECTION
We always strive to bring you the best value offers
to make your travel pound stretch much further. In
this edition we have a fabulous line-up of holidays
that include a wide variety of experiences, sights,
and memories. We firmly believe these are key to
the success of a good holiday. As experienced travel
professionals we aim to share with you the best
features of the ships and cruise lines we use and the
must-see places and things to do in the locations we
visit. Plus, we use centrally located hotels so you can
reach all attractions with ease.
We start with an iconic travel experience as our offer
of the month. A Cunard Transatlantic voyage is a rite
of passage for cruise aficionados looking for something different. Unlike other cruise-lines, the USP of
Cunard is its history and traditions. They embrace the fact that passengers dress for dinner, enjoy the
best afternoon tea afloat served by white gloved waiters, and offer the largest ballrooms at sea. They
celebrate the Transatlantic voyage being a non-stop, uninterrupted cruise across the Atlantic rather
than a sightseeing trip. This facilitates uninterrupted relaxation where passengers can disconnect from
the world and indulge themselves. Breakfast in bed is an absolute delight and, unlike other cruise lines,
is complimentary. Highlights include the captain's cocktail party, themed balls, and the arrival or the
departure to or from New York to great fanfare.
Perhaps try a Cunard cruise out with one of our no-flying taster cruises from Southampton or go island
hopping across the Caribbean with Cunard as featured on page 15. Even here you can choose the noflying option
from Southampton or fly across to the US if your holiday time is more limited.
Our summer 2023 selection of Med cruises with Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) delivers a multipledestination
experience with a different port of call every day, plus lots of extras included. We also have
a three-in-one holiday to Lake Garda, Venice and the Med with Royal Caribbean International, or a
premium cruise Med experience with Holland America Line.
We recently had the pleasure to sail on-board the brand-new Norwegian Prima between Iceland and
the UK. This ship breaks the mould in terms of on-board experience and itinerary. In this offer you will
fly only once cruising to or from Southampton. Whilst Iceland may seem like an unusual destination for
a summer holiday, it is fresh, clean, and weird & wonderful too. The views are breath-taking, and the
air is so clear you can see for miles. The volcanic landscape offers a mix of waterfalls, glaciers, geysers,
and thermal springs. The outdoor experience is spread around the whole promenade deck with infinity
pools, hammocks, egg chairs, plush loungers, and self-service bars. Head to deck 17 for another pool
area and the Vibe Beach club. Check out the unusual delights of deck 18 too. In the theatre the seats roll
back to reveal a huge night club and there are endless cool bars dotted around the ship. The food choices
on board seem endless too - just visit the Indulge Food Hall with a variety of micro-kitchens offering a
vastly different array of cuisines in the style of street food vendors. Seeing is believing that these holidays
are worth the investment.
New this month is a holiday of contrasts combining the Martian landscape of Utah together with a visit
to Las Vegas, a journey through the Rockies and the glistening coastline of California from San Francisco.
Perhaps choose Celebrity Cruises and do the Indian Golden triangle which offers the opportunity to visit
the Taj Mahal. Visit the Far East in boutique country-club style with Azamara, or Hawaiian island hop at
low cost with Princess Cruises. Do Canada in one go with our Holland America Line Complete Canada
offer or squeeze through the 12 locks of the Panama Canal with NCL.
So, there you have it - lots of experiences, choices, sights, and memories all wrapped up in one lowpriced
holiday package!
