Position Overview:
Due to expanding roles and responsibilities the Henry Schein Medical group is looking for
a Chief Financial Officer - EMEA to manage all matters of accounting, planning, and analysis for
the International Medical business.
Responsibilities Include:
• Responsible for management accounting, planning and analysis for the
International Medical businesses - such as budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Responsible for reporting daily sales of the business, monthly headcount and any
other miscellaneous Corporate reports.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Finance Teams of the International Medical
businesses.
• Responsible for monthly US GAAP reporting of financial analysis and variance
commentary on the International Medical businesses.
• Responsible for reporting on divisional financial performance and providing
management information to support the business (e.g. daily sales, product and
regional sales data etc.)
• Able to be a business partner to the Managing Director of the International Medical
business, to forecast and measure financial performance.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve bottom line profitability of the
division.
• Optimize financial operations for the International Medical businesses.
• Provide management and support on all International Medical acquisitions,
including financial modelling, overseeing due diligence and coordinating financial
integration.
• Managing special projects as they occur.
