Job Title: National Director Sales - Dental UK

JOB OVERVIEW:
Due to expanding roles and responsibilities Henry Schein UK is excited to begin the
recruitment for a Sales Director to drive sales growth within the Henry Schein Dental business
(HSD).
Leading a team of exceptional Sales Managers, you'll be at the forefront of our UK strategy,
ensuring our customers continue to receive the services and products that are essential to
great patient care.
You'll be a great networker, both internally and externally, developing and maintaining
professional relations within the industry, while serving as an ambassador for Henry Schein and
our corporate social responsibility arm.
On top of your strategic management and networking duties, it's also imperative that you work
closely with Henry Schein's other core businesses across the matrix organisation. You'll find
ways to deliver innovative and integrated solutions for our customers across our dental
surgical, software solution, practice brokerage, medical distribution, and other specialty
products/services businesses that belong to the Henry Schein family.
Ideally, you've previously served in a sales director role and are familiar with aspects of change
management and/or challenger sales methodology. Distribution experience is preferred but
not required. With a care for people and care for results, you're ready to continue the
development of the sales team, securing market share and continued sales growth within the
UK, while striving to secure the key results as outlined by global leadership.
