Job Title: (Senior) Digital Marketing Manager - Europe (Remote)

GENERAL SUMMARY:
- Develop and execute a customer-centric and sales funnel driven e-commerce sales strategy for
Henry Schein Europe creating a strong differentiation, increasing our competitive advantage and
generating ecommerce sales and leads
- Drive Search Engine Marketing including Paid Advertising as well as onsite and offsite SEO
- Initiate and manage cross-country digital marketing initiatives helping to leverage synergies and
save local costs and resources
- Track digitalization level and progress across countries based on selected KPIs, support local
business units analyzing and optimizing their online performance
- Drive continuous advancement of digital channel features and capabilities with multiple
stakeholders, assess and execute innovative tactics to engage customers
- Manage cross-country and cross-functional project teams
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and execute a customer-centric and sales funnel driven digital communication and
sales strategy for Henry Schein Europe in alignment with the local marketing teams
2. Drive cross-country alignment and budgeting process to leverage synergies, detect overlaps,
and save local costs and resources
3. Plan and execute European digital marketing programs helping local businesses increase web
visibility and webshop conversion incl. eCommerce, SEO/SEM, account marketing, email, social
media, and display advertising campaigns
4. Support local businesses transferring from traditional to digital. Partner with them to expand
their omnichannel portfolio and support executing local digital campaigns and customer
engagement plans
5. Optimize local and European campaigns, identify critical conversion points and drop off points
across the sales funnel
6. Engage traditional marketing teams and sales teams within cross-country digital campaigns to
assure one aligned tone of voice across all channels
