Within our European headquarters in Langen, Germany, we are currently recruiting for:
Manager Human Resources EMEA Region / Talent Acquisition and HR Projects (m/f/d)
Our organisation is built on trust and teamwork. We're looking for team-players who can support the
EMEA business in a range of different talent related areas.
In this role, you provide first class HR services especially in recruitment services from a strategic and
operational perspective. You are as well responsible for EMEA wide HR projects, outside the Talent
Acquisition, to support the markets HR teams. Through your extensive experience, ideally in a
European matrix environment, you help us continue to define HR EMEA as a valued business partner
and value-added department.
This role gives you space to grow in general HR topics by driving and managing HR related projects.
Some of the main duties include:
• Execute against existing TA strategic plan while monitoring talent acquisition trends, scaling to
local business operations as necessary
• Project manage and delivery of European TA projects in areas such as employer branding, TA
infrastructure & tech, internal talent communications, as well as other related areas as needed
• Recruitment responsible for all director level and above searches in the EMEA region. Work
closely with executive functions to examine internal and external talent solutions to best serve
the organisation. Consult executive management in best practice recruitment methods and
channel selection activities
• Preselection, screening, and central point of contact for all candidates related to director level
and above EMEA searches
