Overview
As a Marketing Manager, Aligners EU you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing plan
for EU in line with global company strategy. You co-create European Strategies with Global Teams and other
affiliates along conducting local initiatives.
Description
• Leverage your understanding of consumer needs, emotions, decision-drivers, and competitive
environments to influence marketing initiatives in support of our brand strategy
• Leverage consumer insights to design and implement regional brand strategies, including brand and
product positioning, brand messaging, hierarchy, and communications to build brand awareness and
consideration and drive business goals
• Write and communicate briefs for use by marketing teams that distill customer insights, business
objectives, and success criteria into actionable creative development
• Collaborate on Product Innovations to deliver product and merchandising toolkits
• Track and report on cultural, tech and competitive trends that contribute to inspiring briefs and
business-building ideas
• Present to, consult with, and serve on marketing project teams.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute consumer and brand research projects
as well as monitoring and analyzing brand health and key performance metrics
• Analyze your market, build your strategy, and localize the most relevant assets and tactics from your
regional Team
• Create and drive local initiatives to increase performance
• Translate and execute regional marketing plan to local expectations and needs to drive brand
awareness, doctor sign up and growth including:
o Strategy Planning
o Localize campaign materials
o Implementation of media Planning including Digital
o Local evidence development (publications, speakers)
o Local Congress + exhibitions
o Budget Management
• Proactively represent the region and our customers providing insights and analytics for NPD and global
strategy development.
• Use analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, customer reimbursement and competition) to
support execution of the marketing plan;
• Build KOL network (speakers, key customers, institutions) to support execution of the plan;
• Drive + own communication as part of a multi-disciplinary team to drive and execute the marketing plan.
• Identify and champion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan;
• Develop local market insights and analytics to successfully execute the market plans;
• Own regional vendor relationship
