Before the summer months takes a hold over us it is time to
update you on research and evidence activity.
I am delighted to share with you the 16th edition of the
newsletter and a huge thank you to all of you who took the
time to submit articles; snippets; of information and updates
on any events or seminars and book launches.
See in particular page 2-3 on research and evidence in the
context of the Covid Pandemic this book focus on
inequalities and includes a number of innovative
participatory and co-produced approaches to health and
social care research, policy development, service design,
and practice. It profiles the need to highlight and to tackle
health inequalities while offering solutions on the way
forward. Well worth a read.
We are delighted to prolife some exciting news about the
involvement of service users and carers in research activity
and learning and development activities see page 11.
