The twelve dedicated teams in the Foxtons
New Homes & Investment Division, with
more than 55 members of staff, are a key
part of the Foxtons business. Developers,
institutional fund managers and land buyers
depend on market analysis and insight from
our Investment & Development Consultancy
team to assist in land purchasing and building
design. In 2021, almost one in three Foxtons
property listings were new homes. Our New
Homes Department sold properties across
29 of London's 33 boroughs.

SOURCING OPPORTUNITIES
The number of new homes being built in London has fallen over
the past 5 years. In 2021, construction began on 40% fewer
private residential homes than in 2017. With opportunities
increasingly difficult to source, we have seen an increase in
institutional investors and BTR operators retaining Foxtons to
identify and acquire stabilised assets, forward purchase and
forward fund opportunities on their behalf.
