JOB DESCRIPTION
Your responsibilities will center around:
• Developing and executing a customer-centric and sales funnel driven digital
communication and sales strategy for Henry Schein Europe in alignment with local
marketing teams;
• Initiating and promoting development of local customer acquisition, cross-selling and
upselling initiatives via digital channels;
• Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer
touchpoints;
• Planning and executing European digital marketing programs helping local businesses
increase web visibility and webshop conversion incl. eCommerce, SEO/SEM, account
marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns;
• Engaging traditional marketing and sales teams within cross-country digital campaigns;
• Developing and implementing cross-country and cross-channel dashboarding concepts,
measuring and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals
(ROI and KPIs);
• Supporting local businesses transferring from traditional to digital and optimizing local
and European campaigns;
• Driving cross-country alignment and budgeting processes to leverage synergies, detect
overlaps, and save local costs and resources;
• Creating and implementing efficient content-based and data driven cross-country
marketing processes
• Identifying best practices, promoting cross-country exchange, and managing a virtual
team of local digital managers.
• Promoting digital training across Europe and ensuring continuous skill development;
• Liasing with the Corporate Marketing team in the US and supporting European initiatives
with corporate guidelines;
• Evaluating emerging technologies. Identifying trends and insights, and brainstorming
new and creative digital growth strategies. Supporting feasibility assessment and business
plans;
• Monitoring industry activities, evaluating partner digitalization programs and developing
powerful pan-European campaigns;
• Raising awareness of digitalization across the organization. and developing concepts
promoting digital strategy acceptance.
