JOB DESCRIPTION
• Translate and support the development of marketing campaigns to support product launches with
regional brand managers (sales material, educational content, clinical support, online communication);
• Use market analysis to support ROI expectations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional KOLs & speakers, customers and universities;
• Have cross-functional coordination with Sales and finance teams to support business growth;
• Establish close relationships with the global, regional and local marketing teams;
• Train and educate regional stakeholders on required aspects of brand + brand strategy including
development of training collateral.
• Utilize digital communication platforms to deliver plan.
You will report directly into the Global Product Marketing team based in the U.S, with a dotted line to the
regional director
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field; master's degree/MBA preferred
• Ideally at least 5 years of proven work experience.
• Industry background in the dental (strongly preferred), lab, medical device or pharma field is a plus.
• Preferably sales and marketing experience with B2B, B2B2C or B2C products. 5+ years of related
experience which includes consumer brand experience, likely either working directly for a brand or via
an agency in a strategy or account planning role; Channel planning experience is a bonus as is an
understanding of the B2B2C space.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be fluent in English and one or more EU
languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian)
• Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and overall computer organizational skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional groups.
• Be a strategic thinker, ability to influence across the organization at multiple levels and build
collaborative, productive relationships with internal business partners and external vendors
• Be proactive and resilient
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong team player
• 40-50% travel within the EU, some international travel may be required.
• Flexibility required to work with North America time zone
