identifies how we will put the
strategy into practice. Particular
actions have been identified under
each of the focus areas. These
need to be progressed but there
are also overarching issues of
governance.
To create ownership the
implementation plan identifies the
roles, responsibilities and tasks
of individuals and organisations.
It identifies time-lines, expected
outcomes and how we will
evidence progress.
