EMERGENCY - On discovering a fire please inform reception of the exact location of the
fire or operate one of the break glass points by pushing hard with your thumb. Then leave
by the nearest available exit and assemble in the centre of the Car Park. In the interest of
safety, we would respectfully ask our guests to read the Fire Instructions displayed in all
the bedrooms.
EXTRA BEDDING - Extra blankets and pillows are available if required. Please contact
our guest relations team to arrange.
FIRE ALARM TEST - We test the fire alarms every Monday morning at 11.00am.
FLOWERS - Flowers can be ordered through Reception and charged to your account,
please allow 48 hours' notice.
HAIRDRESSER - Guest relations will gladly suggest local hairdressers and make an
appointment for you, availability will be currently very limited but we will do our upmost
best.
HAIRDRYERS - Please just ask, our guest relations team will gladly bring one to your
room.
IRONING FACILITIES - Please just ask, our guest relations will gladly deliver an iron and
board to your room.
KEYS - We advise you to leave your key at Reception when your room is unoccupied, as
any keys that are lost are charged at £25.00 per key. Please note your bedroom doors do
not self-lock.
LAUNDRY - Under the current circumstances we are unable to offer in house laundry
service.
LUGGAGE - Should you need support with your luggage this can be pre-arranged with
our guest relations team.
MAIL AND MESSAGES - Any messages or mail received will be delivered to your room,
please alert us if you are expecting any urgent correspondence.
NEWSPAPERS - Until further notice we are unfortunately will not be bringing any
newspapers into the hotel.
RECEPTION - Reception is manned 24 hours. Night Porter available from 10.30pm -
7.00am.
ROOM SERVICE - Please see our room service menu, tray charges will apply.
Service times apply 8am to 9pm.
