ITINERARY:
Day 1: Fly UK to Nice - Upon arrival in Nice transfer by private
car to your 4-star hotel in Cannes for two-night stay.
Day 2: Cannes, France - Glittering Cannes is the archetypal
Mediterranean resort city discovered by wealthy English nobles
who came to the sunny south of France to escape their drafty
old castles during the dreary British winters. Cannes' high flying
lifestyle has attracted notables and the notorious ever since.
Day 3: Embark Star Flyer in Cannes - Enjoy a morning at
leisure in Cannes before making your way to the port to embark
Star Flyer for your 7 night cruise.
Day 4: Portofino, Italy - Portofino is a fishing village on the
Italian Riviera coastline. Its pastel-coloured houses, luxury
boutiques and seafood restaurants surround its Piazza a
small cobbled square overlooking the harbour, which is lined
with super-yachts.
Day 5: L'lle Rousse, Corsica, France - Crowded with yachts
flying burgees hailing from the world's most prestigious yacht
clubs, the harbour of St. Florent is a regatta of colours. Take
an excursion to the peninsula of Cap Corse, where medieval
watchtowers dot the cliff tops every few miles.
Day 6: Calvi, Corsica - Napoleon once said that he could
recognize his native island blindfolded because of the wonderful
perfume of the maquis. Approaching by sea, it is the first
thing you experience about Corsica. The second is its wild
and mountainous landscape. Nearby you'll find a selection of
beautiful secluded beaches.
Day 7: Plage D'Arone, Corsica, France - Arone is one of the
most beautiful beaches in Corsica. Surrounded by pink rocks
and scrub, this long soft golden sandy beach stretches for
750 metres. The water is crystal clear, calm and warm, but the
main attraction of the beach is that it is never crowded.
Day 8: Porquerolles, iles D'Hyeres &, Sanary-sur-Mer - In the
morning visit the tranquil crescent shaped island of Porquerolles
with its secluded creeks and fine sand beaches. In the afternoon
visit the beautiful harbour town of Sanary-sur-Mer.
Day 9: St. Tropez, France - It is said that the most spectacular
way to approach the exquisite harbour of St. Tropez is by sea.
St. Tropez is a people-watcher's paradise, so you will also want
to explore her famous beaches, bistros and bars.
Day 10: Disembark Star Flyer in Cannes - Fly UK - After
breakfast onboard, disembark and transfer by private car to
Nice airport for your return flight to the UK.
