JOB DESCRIPTION
7. Create and implement processes to establish highly converting European and local landing
pages, continually optimize the user experience and page quality score, drive A/B testing
8. Develop and implement a strong content-based and data driven marketing and branding
concept for cross-country marketing campaigns. Define content creation & promotion plan.
9. Oversee the development of highly converting and engaging written, graphic, and video
campaign content
10. Provide cross-country guidance on how to design, build, and maintain our social media
presence
11. Initiate and promote development of local customer acquisition, cross-selling and upselling
initiatives via digital channels
12. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple
channels and customer touchpoints
13. Develop and implement cross-country and cross-channel dashboarding concept, measure and
report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
14. Identify best practices, promote cross-country exchange, and manage a virtual team of local
digital managers. Promote digital training across Europe. Assure continuous skill development
15. Closely cooperate and exchange with the Corporate Marketing team in the US, align European
initiatives with corporate guidelines
16. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies. Identify trends and insights, brainstorm new and
creative digital growth strategies. Provide perspective for adoption where appropriate incl.
feasibility assessment and business plans
17. Monitor activities in the industry landscape, evaluate digitalization programs of our industry
partners, partner with them developing powerful pan-European campaigns
18. Monitor the competitive landscape in all digital channels, propose strong differentiation and
positioning strategies
19. Support GDPR compliance for all European digital activities in cooperation with the Global and
European legal teams
20. Act as an advocate for digital change management. Create awareness for digitalization across
the organization. Develop concepts promoting acceptance for digital strategies.
