IDEAL BACKGROUND:
• Sales background and understanding of the dental industry preferred
• Ideally graduate calibre in Business Studies related subjects
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
• High-calibre strategic thinker, with measured problem-solving and decision-making
skills
• Strong written English and well-developed commercial skills
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Challenger sales experience preferred
• Team player
• Leadership and management experience
• Marketing experience desirable
• Ability to build sustainable relationships with key clients (internal and external)
• Capable of leading a business into new services/solutions
• Self-starter
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritising to meet deadlines, managing busy
workload and multi-tasking
• Team coaching and development experience
