6 Snowmen, Socks or Santa?
University Christmas cards designed by our Academy pupils
Professor Clive Behagg, the University of Chichester's ViceChancellor,
admitted it was the most difficult task of his week
to choose the winning designs in the University's Christmas
card competition for our pupils.
Every year the University sends specially-designed Christmas
card to its many friends and supporters and, for 2015,
Professor Behagg invited all children from our primary
academies to enter a fun competition to design the card. 'We
thought we would have two winning designs, one in each age
range category,' said Professor Behagg. 'But there were so
many beautiful pictures and drawings that I had to choose
four instead, and then an extra two as runners-up.'
Sue Samson, CEO of the Academy Trust, also chose a design
for the Trust's own Christmas cards and the five winning
designs have now been printed and packs will be sent to their
artists for them to keep. For both the winners and the Highly
Commended designs, framed copies of the artwork will be
presented to the designers as well. Winning designs by Annabelle
