Old Fashioned
Canadian Club, Sugar and a dash of Orange Angostura Bitters. Canadian Club blended

Espresso Martini
Classic after dinner cocktail, or just for those that need a pick-me-up. Our Roasted
Muchumba coffee blend with Sapling Vodka, coffee liquor and a dash of vanilla.
French 75
Origins back to 1915, named due to mixing champagne with gin giving a kick reminiscent
of being shelled by a powerful French 75mm field gun. (SU)
Raspberry and Cucumber Collins
While the origins of the famous Tom Collins cocktail are disputed our refreshing twist on
the classic gin and lemon cocktail will help put the deliberations at ease. (E)
Hibiscus Martini
For those on a health kick hibiscus is high in antioxidants and offers many potential
benefits. In particular, it may help promote weight loss and support the health of the heart
and liver. We wont mention the vodka and Cointreau in the mix. (E)
Almond Athol Brose
Its story begins in 1475, when the Earl of Atholl foiled a rebellion against the King by the
Lord of the Isles, Iain MacDonald, by filling the well he drew water from with honey,
oatmeal and whisky. Luring him to the well where he would be captured. This adaptation
includes Disarano.
