News in brief
Around our academies
• Both Frogmore Junior School and Mill Chase Academy

accessible way is a future must.
• The Flying Bull Academy introduced a smart new black
uniform this term, with white shirt and vivid green Flying
Bull logo! Headteacher Deamonn Hewett-Dale said, 'It's a
great big thank you to all the parents, carers and children
who supported the launch of our new uniform, and
especially to The Friends of Flying Bull who provided a free
sweatshirt for every child from Nursery to Year 6. The
children look great!'
• Students at Mill Chase explored the world of politics when
they welcomed Damian Hinds MP to the Academy's first
Experience Day this academic year. The programme
provides valuable insights into life beyond school and a
range of activities was organised across all year groups. Mr
Hinds said, 'I was very impressed with the quality of the
questions from students about big issues such as
education policy and the electoral system.'
• In October, CAT exhibited at the University of Chichester's
Teaching Fair, organised by the Careers and Employability
Service at the Dome on the Bognor Regis campus and
attended by around 200 of the University's teaching
degree and PGCE students. All CAT academy

www.unicat.org.uk/find-job
