Richmond Rugby Rocks 7s
he 11 man squad 'he King's' was made up of
8 old boys including 3 separate 1st XV captains.
Brothers Chris and Paddy Boyle got to play as
team mates for the first time.
We won all 3 of our group games playing some
excellent possession rugby. A big part of our
game was dominating the contact area.
Unfortunately we lost in the Quarter Finals to
the eventual winners.
It was a great opportunity to meet up with
some old friends and play the sport that we all
have such fond memories of from school.

2012 season
OA fixtures were arranged against Taunton School, Millfield
and the Somerset Stragglers on top of the annual 1st XI
fixture with a great cross section of leavers from different
years making up the teams. Due to the inclement weather
the only match played was against Millfield, with only 10
overs played of a 20/20 and they got to 90-1 off 9 overs. C
Kieswetter 64* and Pete Smith got a run out for our wicket,
before the rain came down again and the match was called
off! However we stayed for the afternoon and enjoyed the
hospitality and an unofficial OA OM golf fixture was also
played!
