Day 12 - Amalia Glacier, Chile (scenic cruising): While
cruising through the sparkling waters of Chile's legendary
inlets, you'll be graced by the presence of snow-capped
mountain peaks, majestic forests and spectacular bluetinged
glaciers that will take your breath away. The unspoiled
scenery is filled with dramatic rock formations and abundant
wildlife
Day 13 - A Sea
Day 14 - Puerto Montt, Chile: Gateway to the scenic Lake
District, a series of fragrant eucalyptus and pine forests,
icy lakes, Bavarian hamlets and luminous snow-capped
volcanoes.
Day 15 - At Sea
Day 16 - Santiago, Chile: Disembark Star Princess at the Port
of San Antonio and enjoy the scenic transfer to Santiago.
Afternoon and evening at leisure to explore Santiago.

Day 17 - Santiago to Lima, Peru: Enjoy a morning at leisure
in Santiago before transferring to the airport for your flight
to Lima. Upon arrival in Lima you will be transferred to your
hotel. Overnight Lima
Day 18 - Lima, Peru: In the morning, your sightseeing
tour explores the modern districts of Lima and its historic
centre, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1988.
As you wander the main plaza and Plaza San Martin you will
marvel at its diverse architecture. Your guide will introduce
you to the city's architectural heritage. You then proceed to
Santo Domingo Monastery boasting fine carved choir stalls,
the oldest in Lima. The rest of the afternoon is at leisure.
Overnight Lima
Day 19 - Lima to Cusco, Peru: Your morning flight brings
you to the Inca capital of Cusco. Upon arrival, transfer
to the hotel to have a welcome coca tea. The rest of the
morning is free to relax, and acclimatize. In the afternoon,
your comprehensive city tour includes the beautiful
Koricancha or Sun Temple, the Cathedral and the Fortress
of Sacsayhuaman, a remarkable Inca building and the
amphitheatre of Kenko. This is followed by a visit to Puca
Pucara, a strategically located 'red fortress' that dominates
the entire area before visiting Tambomachay, with its two
distinctive aqueducts that to this day continue to provide
clean water to the area. Overnight Cusco
Day 20 - Cusco, Sacred Valley: This morning you will be
picked up from your hotel for your tour to the Pisaq market
in the Sacred Valley. Originally a place where people from
remote communities used to barter their products, Pisaq
has evolved to one of South America's most famous souvenir
markets. Make sure to sample some 'empanadas' baked in
traditional clay ovens. Enjoy lunch at Tunupa Sacred Valley. In
the afternoon, visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo, the Temple
of the Sun (formed of six gigantic monoliths) and the Terrace
of the Ten Niches. Overnight Sacred Valley
Day 21 - Sacred Valley - Machu Picchu - Cusco: In
the morning you will be picked up from your hotel and
transferred to Ollantaytambo train station. The train ride
takes you through the Sacred Valley of the Incas up to Machu
Picchu. Upon arrival a small coach takes you up the steep
roads to the entrance of the citadel. For centuries Machu
Picchu remained undiscovered by the Spaniards and was
discovered in 1911 by the American explorer Hiram Bingham.
During a guided tour you will experience this incredible
location and the genius that went into its construction,
making this Inca site one of the seven new wonders of the
world. Enjoy a 3 course meal at Café Inkaterra in Aguas
Calientes town. In the afternoon, you return by train from
Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo train station. Upon arrival,
you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel in Cusco.
Overnight Cusco
Day 22 - Cusco to UK: Transfer to the airport and fly
overnight to London.
