Incentive Scheme
Depending on your contract of employment, you may be part of the
company's quarterly PTS incentive scheme after completion of one full
quarter and probation period. This incentive is a performance based
incentive scheme and payment thereof is at the discretion of management.
Spot Bonus Awards
Spot bonuses are normally a monetary reward given by a direct manager or
senior manager in the company and are awarded spontaneously or "on-thespot." The
purpose of the Spot Bonus is to acknowledge staff that is going
beyond the call of duty. The Spot Bonus should be awarded for exceptional
work. One of the benefits of the DPI process is to recognise achievements. In
doing so, information that is documented during the GOOD Feedback
Sessions should be used to provide support to Line Managers when making a
decision on awarding a spot bonus. All nomination forms must be sent to HR.

Pension
