Grievance Procedure
The aim of this procedure is to settle employee grievances quickly, as near as
possible to the source and, wherever possible, at the informal stage. All
parties concerned should respect the confidentiality of the proceedings and
should act in good faith to seek a successful resolution of the issue.
If you are not happy about an issue, it is important you raise it either
informally or formally so it can be resolved. If the issue is related to the
actions or behaviour of another employee, on most occasions speaking to
them about it will be enough to resolve the issue. Your Line Manager and HR
are here to help, so if you are not sure where to turn, please come and speak
to us for support
