Training and Development
At Synexus, we recognise the importance of investing in our employees
through various training and development interventions.
In order to identify the training needs of the employees, a Development
Performance Improvement (DPI) pocess is conducted. To ensure that the
most effective training is provided, we encourage employees to take the
responsibility of identifing the most appropriate training service provider as
well as obtaining quotations for their specific training requirements. This
information is then communicated by the Line Manager to HR. All training
needs and requirements need to be submitted annually in September to be
considered and adequately budgeted for in the following year's training
budget.
All training that is permitted is in accordance with budget allocations. To
ensure fair and equal training opportunities and as per legislative
requirements, Synexus has implemented a Training Committee. The training
committee holds quarterly meetings to discuss training suggestions,
budget allocations and progressions made to date.
