Point Target System (PTS)
Incentive Scheme
Dependent on your contract of employment, you may be part of the
company's quarterly PTS incentive scheme after completion of one full
quarter and probation period. This incentive is a performance based
incentive scheme and payment thereof is at the discretion of management.
Pension
Synexus offers all permanent employees a workplace pension which matches
contributions up to 5% of your basic salary, which you are able to join
following completion of 3 months' probation period.
The 5% pension contribution by the employer is compulsory. However, we
want our employees to maximise their pension pot and therefore, encourage
employees to contribute towards their pension fund. Should an employee
wish to make a contribution, they are advised to notify the HR Department of
the percentage they wish to contribute. The HR Department will then notify
the finance department of the deduction to be made from your salary.
