Quality Management
System
The Synexus Quality Management System is embedded throughout the
Company's operations and cascades from its Mission and Values. The primary
objective is "Achievement of excellence of quality of data and service."
Furthermore SQMS aims to:
• Protect trial participants
• Comply with legislation and guidelines
• Meet and exceed customer expectations
• Generate efficiencies through standardisation
• Ensure alignment of strategic plan, vision and performance standards
Each employee is required to perform their duties in a way, which is
consistent with meeting the objectives of SQMS, in particular:
• Perform their duties in a way which is consistent with the Company's
policies and procedures, including Corporate and Standard Operating
Procedures (COPs/SOPs)
• Comply with the Company Quality policy
• Perform quality control to verify and improve data quality standards
• Conduct quality assurance to ensure that operations performed and
data generated are in compliance with applicable regulations and
Synexus operating procedures
• Collate, analyse and act on performance metrics that are available to
bring about improvements in systems and processes.
Every employee has the responsibility for delivery of quality.
