SIX STAR DINING
Creativity, quality, ambiance, choices, and gracious, anticipatory
service are the principles behind Crystal's extraordinary culinary
success. Choices are key elements of the Crystal dining
experience, rich in menus and venues. The grand Crystal Dining
Room features international cuisine and regionally inspired
dishes based on the itinerary, and never repeats a menu during
a voyage. Further, the intimate Vintage Rooms play host to the
ultimate gourmet experiences with the first-ever at-sea winepairing dinners. Both vessels offer
additional specialty dinner
restaurants: Silk Road and The Sushi Bar with Nobu Matsuhisa's
signature cuisine, and Prego, featuring fine Italian cuisine.
For lunch, quick snacks, and lighter fare, The Lido Café, the
Trident Bar & Grill, and Tastes (on Crystal Serenity) offer casual
dining. The Bistro serves morning coffee and pastries, premium
wines with cheeses in the afternoon, and small bites, late-night
snacks, desserts, and paired beverages until midnight. Other
dining options include the Ben and Jerry's-filled Ice Cream
Bar and the Palm Court Lounge for Afternoon Tea. No matter
what the location; cuisine, non-alcoholic beverages, fine wines,
champagnes, and premium spirits, plus gratuities for dining and

INTRODUCING ESPRIT - THE NEW WAY TO SAIL IN LUXURY
Earlier this year Crystal Cruises announced their plans for
the most significant brand expansion in the history of luxury
travel and hospitality; starting with Crystal Yacht Cruises. In
December 2015, Crystal Esprit embarked on her maiden
voyage as the first expansion of the Crystal Cruises fleet.
The vessel is an extravagantly appointed yacht and has been
extensively redesigned to reflect the stylish elegance for
which Crystal is renowned. The 62-guest, 3,300-tonne yacht
will offer intimate, exclusive, and immersive experiences with
a boutique ambiance. The all-suite yacht will feature posh,
high-end finishes and modern technology, and is outfitted
with some decidedly extreme features, like a two-passenger
submarine, four 10-passenger zodiacs for special excursions
and a 12-passenger Wider 32-foot super yacht tender for
special boating adventures. Additionally, at your fingertips are
water skis, wake boards, kayaks, jet skis, fishing, scuba, and
snorkel equipment.
