Patient and client experience is recognised as a key element in
the delivery of quality healthcare.
In line with this, the Public Health Agency (PHA) are carrying
out an extensive piece of work across all Health and Social
Care Trusts with the aim of introducing a more patient and client
focused approach to services and shaping future health care in
Northern Ireland.
This is called TEN THOUSAND MORE VOICES giving patients
and staff an opportunity to provide valuable and meaningful
feedback highlighting what is important to them.
The Trust took part in the various TEN THOUSAND MORE VOICES projects in 2017 to help
improve the patient and client experience.
