PDSA Cycles
Your quality improvement project will involve a series of small scale
tests of change in a real work setting.

'If you improved every area by just 1 percent,
then those small gains would add up to remarkable
improvements'
Dave Brailsford
Think small!
Remember you are not trying to change the world.
Try making a change with one person in one day and see what you
can learn from your first test. Build on this learning and try again
on three people then five people until you are able to see if it works
then use the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle.
Start small, but if it works, build on the improvement or try it on
more people or for more than one day.
