This ten-month Professional Development Programme includes three four-day, face-to-face
workshops and a series of monthly web-based sessions that occur in between the face-to-face
workshops.
The programme has had delegates from Northern Ireland, England and Denmark. The session

improvement
• Instruction on how to use a framework comprising practical skills and theory to drive whole
system changes
• A collaborative learning environment and actionable ideas that will help you achieve
maximum results.
