Open the doors of the mansion to be an extensionof your own home for the day. From 6.00pm on the day itself, we will aid the
transformation before your guests arrival at the venue to be just how you envisaged throughout the planning to the finest detail. You
will have exclusive use until the following morning at 11.00am after breakfast with your guests. Our exclusivity gives you complete
access to all 21 bedrooms and 70 acres of land here at Brockencote Hall along with the areas shown during your visit for you to
utilise best for the day. See below the information on our exclusive use hire. Please note prices exclude hire of the Brokencote Lodge.
Should you wish, your overnight guests can contribute to their bedroom and pay on check in. This agreed figure can be deducted from your overall
total. For example, of the 21 bedrooms, meaning if you allocate 20 at £175.00 each, this reduces your Exclusive use total by £3,500.00. Bank Holiday
Sundays are charged at the Saturday rate. December Rates for Christmas Week and Twixmas charged at Friday rate. All prices include VAT.
