become fashionable with tram

whilst retaining a village-vibe.
Échoppe style houses with
gardens are always popular
here; these single-story townhouses have
character and
offer the opportunity to build
up and increase space. You can
also find this style of house in
many areas of Bordeaux and its
surroundings, for instance, the
residential district of Nansouty,
which has a large central square,
excellent infrastructure, and is
popular with families wanting
more space.
