his year's Ten Tors teams set out in driving rain, only to return under blue skies and bright sunshine - such are the
extremes across the Dartmoor hills. Congratulations to the 35-mile, 45-mile and 55-mile teams who all returned intact
and in good time.
A group of 5th
form scholars took
time out to visit a

trip left pupils
motivated and
inspired by what
they saw.

At our recent sports day nine records were
broken, including five school records.
Joe Cooke and Charlotte Enright broke and equalled,
respectively, high jump records that had stood for over 12
years. Other record breakers were Maisie Brown (200m and
triple jump), Emma Smith (300m), Grace Murray (rounders
ball throw), Hattie Pritchard (shot), Katie Davy-Ericson
(shot) and Eliza Chapple (javelin). Well done to them all.
