of the Sports Hub Appeal. We still need more
donations to reach our target of £500,000 and hope
that OAs will consider helping with this fantastic

is an amazing endorsement for King's and we hope
to build on the sporting success of King's pupils and
OAs with the additional facilities of the Hub.

2015 will be remembered as a challenging and wonderful year for the
Development Office. We were joined by new part-time member of
staff, Katharine Lowe, in January and we all enjoyed the challenge of
organising the England Masters event, in addition to our aim of raising
£500,000 for the Sports Hub Appeal. Our small team also included
volunteer Guy Wolfenden who helped to deliver the England Masters'
event.
We ran our first telethon campaign in July and welcomed young OAs
back into school to ring slightly older OAs to check their contact
information and chat about King's past and present. I hope the many
OAs who received a call enjoyed the opportunity to catch up on school
news and speak to a recent leaver. We have received very positive
feedback from OAs. Please do let us know if you wold like to be kept in
touch with a call in the future.
I look forward to the Michaelmas term with my first trip to the US to
meet with OAs, another trip to see our amazingly supportive HK OAs for a Foundation meeting and the
annual OA reunion at King's Hall this year.
We love hosting school visitors. You are welcome at any time of the year to call in for
a school tour and sample the renowned King's lunch.
