What does the programme involve? Programme Content

The South Eastern HSC Trust has chosen

eight mandatory modules to complete.

The modules included are:

 Building a culture of safety

 How to improve with the Model for

Improvement

 Testing and Measuring Changes with

PDSA cycles

 Interpreting Data: Run Charts, Control

Charts and other Measurement Tools

 Leading Quality Improvement

 Human Factors and Safety

 Responding to Adverse Events

 Teamwork and Communication in a

Culture of Safety

Completion of Modules

Following completion of each module

participants receive an IHI Open School

certificate.
