ACCOUNT - Accounts are payable on departure. We accept all major credit cards
(including American Express) and cash. We cannot accept personal cheques or Diners
Club.
AFTERNOON TEA - We will be serving afternoon tea daily between 14:00 and 16:00 -
Monday to Thursday and 12:00 - 17:00 Friday to Sunday.
BREAKFAST - Breakfast is available in No44 Brasserie on the Waterside. It is served
from 7.00am until 10.00am Monday to Friday, and 7.30am until 10.30am Saturday,
Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays. £20 per person charge applies to guests whose
breakfast is not included in their room rate.
BUS SERVICE - Please ask at Reception for details of local bus services and location of
bus stops. The tourist open top bus runs daily and the nearest stop is along Waterside,
adjacent to the theatre. For information on prices and times please contact Reception.
CAR PARK - The car park is open for hotel residents only. To depart from the car park
please enter a code which can be provided to you by reception. This code changes daily.
We ask that cars are vacated from the car park upon your check-out.
CONCIERGE - A member of our concierge team is available daily. Please contact
Reception.
DINNER - Unfortunately our Brasserie will not be serving lunch or dinner, however
reception have a list of local restaurants which will be open during your stay. We will be
serving a limited choice of meals for lunch Friday to Sunday.
