FANS - Desk fans are provided for your comfort. Fans can be found in the wardrobe.
FLOWERS - Flowers can be ordered through Reception and charged to your room
account subject to the florist's availability.

GROUNDS - Brockencote Hall is set in 70 acres of beautiful parkland with a lake,
restored dovecote, kitchen vegetable patches and our Secret Garden.
Please see reception who will give you a map of the grounds.
HAIRDRESSER - Reception will gladly suggest local hairdressers and make an
appointment for you.

the wardrobe.
HOUSEKEEPING - Your room will be served twice daily. Please contact reception if you
require any additional amenities or cleaning.
IRONING FACILITIES - An iron and ironing board is available upon request. Please dial
"0" on your in-room telephone for assistance.
KEYS - Please ensure you lock your door upon leaving your room. Lost keys are charged
at £30.00.
LAUNDRY - Full laundry services available. A price list and laundry bag can be found in
the desk drawer. Laundry musty be handed to reception before 09:00 to guarantee same
day service.
LOST & FOUND - Please check your room thoroughly upon departure. Any items found
in your room will be logged and stored by the housekeeping team.

MORNING CALLS - A personalised early morning call is available upon request. Please
dial "0" on your in-room telephone for assistance.
NEWSPAPERS - Newspapers can be ordered from reception before 21:00 the previous
evening and will be charged accordingly. Please see reception for prices.
SAFE - To unlock your safe please use the code: 1234 then press the hash key (#). Once
your safe is open, close the door and enter a four-digit code of your choice followed by
enter. The safe will now have been reset to your personal code.
