• In the incoming year, we will complete a staff survey to audit staff's knowledge and
compliance with the Trust's Complaints Procedures
• We also have an ongoing survey asking people who have complained, to tell us about
their experiences of using the complaints process. The results will be shared with staff
for any learning and used as part of our training programme.
